Proposed Action: motion of support for the FY 2002 budget request.
Proposed Action: motion of support for the establishment of a committee by the Chair to make recommendations on how the issue of rent might be resolved in the future through legislative action and/or executive policy decision, including clarifying ownership of the present building and possibly recommending legislation to exempt the Archives from paying rent for special fund generating, legally mandated projects.
