Member, American Bar Association; Maryland State Bar Association; District of Columbia Bar Association; Virginia Bar Association; Montgomery County Bar Association (fee arbitration committee); Bankruptcy Bar Association for the District of Maryland (board of directors; president, 2003-04); Northern Virginia Bankruptcy Bar Association; American Bankruptcy Institute. Member, Walter B. Chandler American Inn of Court. Member, Capital Area Chapter, National Organization of Women Business Owners (board of directors, 1995-99). Died in Maryland, November 26, 2019.
