COMPTROLLER OF THE TREASURY (Paying Warrants), 1859, MSA S 703-14. Edwin White paid $40 in payment of his draft of S.C. Hoffman & Wallace, the Committee appointed to have a painting of Washington Surrendering his Commission to Congress in 1783 as per Chapter 128 of the Acts of 1855 and Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1858.
