695.

       Claiming or to Claim from by or under them the said John
       Hammond and Ann his Wife or there heirs shall and will
       well and Truly warrant and for Ever defend by these Presents
       unto the said Benjamin Talbott his heirs and Assigns and
       further the said John Hammond and Ann his Wife for
       themselves their heirs Executors and Administrators doth
       hereby Covenant grant and agree to and with the said Benjamin
       Talbott his heirs and Assigns that they the said John
       Hammond and Ann his Wife there heirs Executors or
       Administrators Shall and Will from time to time and at
       all times hereafter at the Reasonable Request and at the Cost
       Charge in Law of him the said Benjamin Talbott his heirs
       and Assigns do make and Acknowledge Suffer Execute any
       further deed or Instrument in Writing such as the said
       Benjamin Talbott his heirs or Assigns or there Council Learned
       in the Law Shall Reasonably devise advise or Requir for the
       further and better Assureance Surety and Sure making the
       Land and Premisses aforesaid unto him the said Benjamin
       Talbott his heirs and Assigns In Witness whereof the parties
       to these Presents have hereunto set their hands and Seals the
       day and the year first above written
       Signed Sealed and
       Delivered in the Presents of      The word money Between the     John Hammond seal
                                                       fourth and fifth Lines and the
       Jonas Green                             word of Between the seventeenth   Ann Hammond seal
                                                       and Eighteenth Lines was Interlined
       Jos.a Johnson                           before the Signed The word Executors
       Will.m Green                            between the Thirtieth and thirty first
                                                       Lines was Interlined before the signed

       On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written (viz.t)

       Received the twelfth day of September Seventeen hundred &
       Sixty five of the within named John Hammond the sum of
       One hundred pounds Current Money being in full   Currency
       for the Consideration Money within mentioned        £100
       Witness
