       and by the time above limited and the said Lands Goods and Chattles
       before recited in pursuance of the Deed Shall be exposed to sale
       as aforesaid that he the said John Row and his Heirs shall and
       will execute any Deed Assurance or Conveyance to such person
       or persons as Shall become the purchaser or purchasers of the
       Premisses their heirs or Assigns at his or their request which
       shall be advised by his or their Council Learned in the Law  And
       the said John Row for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators
       doth further Covenant and Agree to and with the said David
       Ross his Executors Administrators and Assigns that in
       case the Money and tobacco which Shall and may arise
       on the sale of the premisses shall fall short of the sums
       of Money and Tobacco and Whatsoever may or Shall be
       justly due and owing unto the said David Ross as aforesaid
       with Interest as aforesaid That then and in Such case the
       said John Row his heirs Executors and Administrators shall
       well and truly pay and satisfy unto him the said David
       Ross his certain Attorney Executors Administrators or Assigns
       Such Sums of Money and Tobacco as the sums which Shall
       or may Arise from the sale aforesaid shall fall short of the
       aforesaid sums of Money and Tobacco and Whatsoever may
       or Shall be justly due and owing by the said John Row to the said
       David Ross his Executors Administrators or Assigns as aforesaid
       with Interest as aforesaid  In witness whereof the said
       John Row hath hereunto set his hand & seal day and year above
       Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered The word (Pence) between
       the fifth & sixth line and the word (Eleven) between the
       thirty second and thirty third line and the words (with            John Row seal
       the Household furniture) between the thirty seventh and
       thirty eight lines with the words (and Tobacco) between the
       fifty fifth & fifty sixth lines being first enterlined before
       the sealing and Delivery of these presents in
       presence of
                          Charles Jones
                          Robert Peters

          On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t

          Received the day and Year within written of the within designed
       David Ross the Sum of five Shillings Current Money being the
       Consideration Within Mentioned to be by him paid to me
       Witness                                    (I say received by me John Row
