       the said David Ross his Executors Administrators or Assigns
       the aforesaid Sums of Money and Tobacco and Whatever shall
       be justly due or owing to the said David Ross his Executors Administrators
       or Assigns by or from the said John ^Row^ Ross his heirs Executors
       or Administrators with Legall Interest for the same
       at or before the first day of November Next ensuing the date
       hereof Then this Deed Shall be Null and Void as if the same
       had never been made or Executed and the said John Row shall
       be again Seized in Fee and Possessed of the Lands aforesaid with
       the Premisses and Appurtenances  But it is covenanted and
       farther Agreed between the Parties aforesaid That if the said John
       Row his Heirs Executors and Administrators do fail in the payment
       of the said sums of Money and Tobacco and Whatever shall
       be justly due and owing to the said David Ross his Executors
       Administrators or Assigns by or from the said john Row his Heirs
       Executors or Administrators with legal Interest for the same in
       the Manner and at or upon the day before mentioned that then
       and in that Case the Lands and Appurtenances aforesaid and
       the Sheep Black Cattle Hoggs Horses Mares Chair Household
       furniture and Negroes and all the Goods and Chattles herin
       before mentioned shall at any time convenient for the said
       David Ross after the first day of November next ensuing be
       set up to publick sale to the highest bidder And the Money
       and Tobacco Arising from Such Sale Shall be Applied to the
       discharge and payment of the aforesaid sums of Money and
       Tobacco and whatever shall be justly due and owing to
       the said David Ross by the said John Row as aforesaid with
       Legal Interest as aforesaid  And in case the sale of the said Lands
       Goods and Chattles before mentioned shall raise and produce
       a sum more than the aforesaid sums of Money and Tobacco and
       what may be justly due or owing as af.d with Interest as aforesaid
       then the Overpluss to be paid to the said John Row his
       Executors Administrators or Assigns  And the said John Row in
       for himself and his Heirs doth Covenant and Agree to and
       with the said David Ross his heirs and Assigns that in Case
       default shall be made in the payment aforesaid in the Manner
