       That is to Say George Tom Toe Hannah Luke Jamie Will Lucy Joan
       Molly & Sumnius with the Increase of the said Negroes To have
       and to hold the aforesaid Lands and Premisses and every of them
       with their and every and each of their Rights Members and
       Appurtenances unto him the said David Ross his heirs and
       Assigns To the only proper use and behooff of him the said David
       Ross his heirs and Assigns and To and for no other use Intent or
       purpose whatsoever  And also To Have and to hold the aforesaid
       Crop now Growing on the Land where the said John Row now
       Dwells And the aforesaid Twenty two Sheep ^Fourteen^ Black Cattle ^Twenty^ Hoggs
       Eight Horses & Mares the Chair and Harniss with the House hold Furniture
       and the Eleven Negro Slaves Aforesaid Together With the Increase
       of the said Sheep Black Cattle Hoggs Mares and Negro Slaves
       Aforesaid unto the said David Ross his Executors Administrators and
       Assigns To his and their only proper Use and Behooff and the said
       John Row for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth
       Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said David Ross
       his Heirs and Assigns That he the said David Ross his heirs and
       Assigns Shall and may at all times hereafter Quietly Peaceably
       Hold Occupy and Possess the Lands and Premisses aforesaid with
       all and every of their Rights Members & Appurtenances free
       and Clear of every Incumbrance and Charge Whatsoever  And the said
       John Row for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators
       doth further Covenant and Agree to and with the said David
       Ross his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns That he
       the said John Ross ^Row^ his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       the Land and Premisses aforesaid and each and every of them
       And the Twenty Two Sheep fourteen Black Cattle Twenty
       Hoggs Eight Horses and mares the Chair and Household
       furniturs and the Eleven Negroe Slaves aforesaid with the
       Increase of the said Sheep Black Cattle Hoggs Mares and
       Negro Slaves aforesaid unto him the said David Ross his
       Heirs and ^Executors^ Assigns Administrators and Assigns Against
       all and every Person or persons whatsoever Shall and will
       for ever hereafter warrant and Defend Provided Nevertheless
       that if the said John Row his heirs Executors or
       Administrators shall well and truly pay and Satisfy unto
