681.

       Chase his Heirs and Assigns to his and their own proper Use
       and behoofe forever together with all Rights benefits and priviledges
       thereunto belonging or in any Wise Appertaining And the said
       Cornelius Carmack doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors
       and Administrators further covenant and agree to and with
       the Said Samuel Chase his Heirs and Assigns that he the
       said Samuel Chase his Heirs and Assigns Shall and may forever
       hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy and enjoy
       the aforesaid two parts or parcells of the aforesaid Tracts of Land
       called The Resurvey on Welsh Cabbin with all and singular
       the Buildings and Improvements thereon with their and every
       of their Appurtenances free & clear of and from all Incumbrances
       whatsoever And further the said Cornelius Carmack for himself
       his Heirs Executors and Administrators the said two parts or
       parcells of the aforesaid Tract called The Resurvey on Welsh
       Cabbin and premises with all the Buildings and Improvements
       thereon and every Part and parcell thereof against him and his
       Heirs and against all and every other person whatsoever claiming
       by from or under him or them shall and will Warrant and forever
       defend by these presents to him the said Samuel Chase his Heirs
       and Assigns forever  And that he the said Cornelius Carmack and
       his Heirs shall and will at any time hereafter execute any other
       or further Deed Assurance or Conveyance that shall be devised
       Advised or required by him the said Samuel Chase his heirs or
       Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law for the ^further^ aforesaid
       and better Assurance of the Premisses to the said Samuel Chase his
       Heirs and Assigns so as aforesaid to bar in the most effectual
       Manner any Claim or demand of him the said Cornelius Carmack
       or his heirs or any other person or persons claiming under him or
       them or either of them  In Witness whereof the said Cornelius Carmack
       hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and Year first above
       Written
       Sealed and Delivered                                 Cornelius Carmack   seal
       in the presence of
                Geo Steuart

             On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written (viz.t)

          Received of Samuel Chase the sum of Ten pounds sterling money
       being the in full for the Consideration Money within mentioned
       Witness my Hand this nineteenth day of October Anno Domini 1765
