680. and paid Hath given Granted Aliened Bargained Sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents doth Give Grant Alien Bargain Sell Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said Samuel Chase and his Heirs for ever All those Two parts or parcells of a larger Tract or parcell of Land (called the Resurvey on Welsh Cabbin Granted the Said Cornelius Carmack on or about the twelfth day of February Seventeen hundred and sixty two for two thousand four hundred and thirty Acres of Land lying in Frederick County aforesaid) and Described in the lines Courses and Distances as follows to wit Beginning for the first part of the said Samuel Chase his part of the Said Tract of Land called The Resurvey on Welsh Cabbin at the end of the forth Course of the aforesaid Resurvey called The Resurvey on Welsh Cabbin and running thence South forty eight degrees East one hundred and twenty eight perches then North Sixty nine Degrees East twenty four perches then South twenty six degrees East sixty perches then South five degrees West thirty two perches then South forty three degrees west thirty perches then north sixty four degrees West sixty three perches then South eighteen degrees west seventy four Perches then North forty degrees west one hundred and twenty eight Perches then South sixty one degrees west seventeen perches then North one degree west one hundred and twenty five perches then by a straight line to the Beginning containing One hundred and fifty Six Acres more or less Beginning for the Second part of the said Samuel Chase his part of the said Tract of Land called The Resurvey on Welsh Cabbin at the end of the third course of the aforesaid Tract called the Resurvey on Welsh Cabbin and runing thence South seventy nine degrees west two hundred and forty two perches then north eight degrees East one hundred perches then north eighty one Degrees and an half degree East forty five perches then North eleven degrees East fifty perches then North fifty degrees East seventy perches Then by a Straight Line to the begining containing One hundred and fifty Acres more or Less Together with all the Houses Buildings and Improvements to the aforesaid two parts or parcells of the aforesaid Tract of Land called the Resurvey on Welsh Cabbin belonging or in any wise Appertaining To have and to hold the aforesaid two parts or parcells of the aforesaid Tract called The Resurvey on Welsh Cabbin together with all the Buildings and Improvements thereon unto the said Samuel Chase |
