672 all that part of a Tract or parcell of plantable Land called Gardners Mill Scituate lying and being in Ann Arundel County aforesaid which is contained within the following metes and Bounds to wit Beginning at three Bounded Trees (viz.t) a Red Oak a spanish oak and a Black Gum they being the Beginning Trees of the aforesaid Land called Gardners Mill and running thence north fifteen Degrees west thirty perches north Thirty three Degrees west twenty two Perches west South west twenty six Perches west north west forty Perches South Seven ^thirty^ Seven Degrees west twenty eight Perches South West by west fifty five Perches South twenty seven Degrees East One hundred and sixty Perches then south six Perches to the Line of Thackers Chance then South Seventy Seven Degrees East twenty three perches to the Line of Gardners Mill and bounding with the said Lines to the first Beginning containing Eighty Acres of Land more or Less with the Appurtenances thereto belonging to which said writ the said Thomas Cockey shall and will appear in his proper person or by his Attorney or Attornies lawfully Authorised and impowered and vouch to warranty thereof William Rawlings the Common Vouchee who shall thereupon appear and enter into the said warranty and after Imparlance make Default and such further and other proceedings shall be therein so that one or more good and perfect Common Recovery or Recoveries with Single Voucher shall and may be had suffered perfected and executed in all things according to the usual form of Common Recoveries with Single Voucher for Assurance of Lands in Such Case used and accustomed Now This Indenture Witnesseth that for the Settling and declaring the intent use and purpose of the said Recovery or Recoveries so to be suffered as aforesaid and for and in Consideration of the sum of fifty Pounds Sterling Money by him the said William Chew Brown to the aforesaid Thomas Cockey in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereof ^hereby^ acknowledged It is Covenanted granted agreed and Declared by and between all the said parties to these presents that the said Common Recovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other manner to be had and suffered and the Execution thereof from and immediately after the Suffering the same or any other Recovery or Recoveries of the said mentioned Premisses or any part thereof shall and is and are hereby intended to be and enure and shall be adjudged construed deemed and taken and is and are and was and were meant and intended and is and are hereby declared to be and enure and the Recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named and he and |
