       Assigns or of any other Person or Persons Whatsoever claiming or to
       claim by from or under him them or any of them  In Witness whereof
       the said William Forrest hath hereunto set his Hand and Affixed his
       Seal this seventh day of October Anno Dominion One thousand seven
       hundred and Sixty five

                                        On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written viz.t
      
       1765 October 7.th Then received from the within named William Denune and
       Elizabeth his Wife the sum of five Shillings Sterling it being the Consideration
       Money within mentioned

               October 7.th 1765          Then came William Forrest before us the
       Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County
       aforesaid and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing
       to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned
       to be the Right and Estate of the within named William Denune
       and Elizabeth his Wife their Heirs and Assigns forever

Examined
               This Indenture made this eighth Day of August in the
       Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Sixty five
       Between Thomas Cockey of Baltimore County Planter of the one part
       and William Chew Brown of Ann Arundel County Planter of the
       other part  Whereas for the Docking barring and extinguishing all
       Estates Tail and Reversions and Remainders thereupon expectant
       or depending of and in the Land and Appurtenances hereinafter
       mentioned the said William Chew Brown as Demandant is hereinafter
       at the request Costs and Charges of the said William Chew
       Brown to prosecute and sue out of his Lordships High Court
       of Chancery his said Lordships Writ of Entry per Disseisin en
       lepost against him the said Thomas Cockey returnable and
       Second Tuesday of September next whereby the said William
       Chew Brown is to demand against him the said Thomas Cockey
                                                                                              all
