       and they and his and their Heirs shall stand and be seised of the
       said Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances and every
       part and Parcell thereof to and for the only proper use and behoof
       of the said William Chew Brown his Heirs and Assigns forever
       and to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever  In Witness
       whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably
       set their Hands and seals the Day and Year first above written
       sealed & delivered
       in the presence of                                            Tho.s Cockey   seal

                Thomas Linthicum                                  Will.m Chew Brown seal

                      On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written (viz.t)

       Reced on the Day and Year first within written from the within
       William Chew Brown the sum of Eighty pounds sterling being the
       Consideration within mentioned to be by him paid me

          On the 25.th Day of September in the Year 1765 came before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices the within Thomas
       Cockey and William Chew Brown and severally acknowledged the
       within Instrument of Writing to be their Act and Deed respectively and
       the Land and premisses therein specified to be the right and Estate of
       the within William Chew Brown his Heirs and Assigns and to and
       or for no other use or purpose whatsoever according to the true
       meaning of these presents

Examined
               This Indenture made this Ninth Day of October Anno Domini
       One thousand seven hundred & sixty five Between Richard Darnall
       and Bennet Darnall of Ann Arundel County in the Province of
       Maryland of the one Part and Robert Dixon of Dorchester County
       and province Aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth That the said
       Richard Darnall and Bennet Darnall for and in Consideration
       of the Yearly Rents herein after Reserved and of the Covenants Conditions
       and Agreements herein after Containd on the Part and Behalf of
       the said Robert Dixon his Executors Administrators & Assigns
       to be paid Kept Done and Performed Hath Demised Leased & to
       Farm letten and by these presents Doth demise Lease and To farm
       let unto the said Robert Dixon his Executors Administrators &
       Assignes all that Tract or Parcell of Land lying & Being in
       Dorchester County in the Province Aforesaid Containing Fifteen
                                                                                       (Hundred)
