(67 thereunto belonging or in any Wise appurtaining and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder & Remainders Rights Estate ^Interest^ Benefit Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said John Brunt of in and to all & singular the Premisses To have and to hold the Said Parcel of Land & all & singular the Premisses with the Appurtenances herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby Granted unto the said William Swartz his heirs and Assigns for ever To the only Proper Use and Behoof of the said William Swartz his heirs and assigns forever And the said John Brunt for himself his Heirs Executors and Adm.rs doth Covenant Promise Grant and agree to and with the said William Swartz his heirs Executors Admrs and Assigns that he the said John Brunt the said Parcell of Land and Premisses herein before mentioned and Intended to be hereby Granted and every part thereof unto the Said William Swartz his Heirs and Assigns against him the said John Brunt and his Heirs and all Persons Claiming by from or under him or them shall and will at all Times Warrant and for ever Defend by these presents And further that he the said John Brunt his Heirs and Assigns Shall & will at all Times hereafter upon the lawfull & reasonable request & at the Cost & Charges in the Law of the said William Swartz his heirs and Assigns make do Acknowledge Perfect and Execute unto the said William Swartz his Heirs and Assigns All and every such other and further lawfull Conveyances & Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further and better Granting Conveying and Assureing the Said Parcell of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances unto the said William Swartz his Heirs and Assigns as by the said William Swartz his Heirs and Assigns Shall be Reasonably devised advised or required In Witness whereof the said John Brunt hath hereunto Set his hand & Seal the day and Year above Written his Sealed and Delivered John J Brunt in the Presence of mark Will.m Aisquith Memorandum On the 27.th day of August 1763 Came John Brunt party to the within Deed and Acknowledged the Land & Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right Title Interest and Estate of the within Named William Swartz his heirs and Assigns for ever At the same Time came Elizabeth Wife of the said Brunt and being Examined Privately out of her Husbands hearing Acknowledged that she gave up her Right of Dower to the within mentioned Land and Premisses freely and voluntarily without any Fear threat or ill usage of her said Husband to induce her thereto Acknowledged before the subscribers Two of his Lordships Justices for Baltimore County Will.m Aisquith N Ruxton Gay August |
