636 Condition of said Bond Now This Indenture further Witnesseth That the said Brice Tho.s Beal Worthington of Ann Arundel County and Province of Maryland for and in Consideration of the sum of Sixty three Pounds Six Shilling Sterling money to him in hand Paid at and Before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents by John Scott heir at Law of the said George Scott of Frederick County and Province Aforesaid Deceased the Receipt whereof the said Brice Thomas Beal Worthington doth hereby acknowledge and Himself therewith fully satisfyed Contented and paid and thereof and therefrom and from every Part and Parcell thereof doth fully Clearly and Absolutely exonerate acquit and Discharge the said John Scott heir at law of George Scott his Heirs and Assigns for ever Hath given granted Bargained Sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents doth fully Clearly and absolutely give grant Bargain Sell alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said John Scott his heirs and Assigns for ever Five Hundred and Thirty acres of land part of the Resurvey on Seths Folly Beginning for the same at the original Beginning Tree of Seths Folly and Running thence North Seventy seven Degrees East Eight Perches North Thirty deg.s East Fifty three Perches South sixty degrees East Fifty seven Perches North Seventy seven deg.s East Forty five Perches North thirteen degrees west sixty two Perches south seventy seven degrees west Twenty Perches North seven degrees west Twenty four Perches North sixty degrees East Eighty two perches North Eighteen degrees west fifty two Perches south Fifty seven deg.s west twenty six Perches North fifty nine degrees west thirty Perches North four deg.s East Thirty two Perches North seventy four degrees west fourteen Perches North forty one degrees west one hundred and forty six perches North Forty degrees East one hundred and six perches North Eighteen degrees West seventy Perches South Eighty five degrees west ninety four Perches south five degrees west one Hundred and ninety perches south Twenty deg.s west Twenty six Perches South sixty five degrees East one Hundred & sixteen Perches South six degrees west Twenty Perches south Forty two degrees west Forty four Perches South seventy Eight Degrees west Thirty Perches South Forty four degrees west Forty six Perches then south Forty six degres East a Cross the whole Resurvey on Seths Folly Containing and now laid out for Five Hundred and Thirty acres of land Together with all and Singular the premisses & appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaining (subject to the Condition in a proviso hereafter Expressed) To have and to hold the said Tract or parcell of land Aforesaid together with all and Singular the premisses and appurtenances unto the said John Scott his Heirs and Assigns for ever (Except as hereafter Excepted) To the only proper use and behoof of him the said John Scott his heirs and Assigns for ever (Except as hereafter Excepted) and the said Brice Tho.s Beal Worthington and his Heirs the said Tract or Parcell of Land unto the said John Scott and his Heirs in Manner & form aforesaid Conveyed against him the Brice Tho.s Beal Worthington and his Heirs and against all and every other person or Persons Whatsoever Claiming by from or under him the said Brice Thomas Beal Worthington or his Heirs shall and will warrant and for ever Defend but no Further Provided always (and) |
