       Kelso of the other Part bearing Date the nineteenth Day of
       July Anno Domini one Thousand seven hundred and sixty
       three, did demise to them the said John Sayre James Kelso and
       and Samuel Purviance their Executors Administrators and
       Assigns two Parts or Parcells of a Lot of Land lying and being
       in Baltimore Town af.d on the West Side of Jones's Falls which is
       distinguished and known by the Number fifty five which
       two Partsles of the Lot afs.d are contained within the following
       Metes and Bounds Courses and Distances to wit Beginning
       for one of the said Parts at the North East Corner of the whole Lot
       on Sharping Lane next adjoining to the Lot numbered
       fifty six and running thence bounding on the said Lot south
       one hundred ninety and nine feet unto a Street Laid out
       by the said Thomas Harrison through the said Lot called
       Water Street then bounding on that Street North eighty two
       Degrees and half a Degree West eighty six feet then North one
       hundred and ninety seven Feet unto Sharping Lane af.d and
       then bounding on the said Lane strait unto the Place of
       Beginning Then Beginning for the other Part of the said Lot
       on the South side of said Water Street in the Line of the af.d
       Lot numbered fifty six, and running thence bounding on
       the said Lot South seventy five feet unto the North West
       Branch of Patapsco River  then bounding on the said
       Branch North seventy five Degrees West eighty one
       Feet then North seventy five feet unto the af.d Water
       Street and then bounding thereon by a Strait Line unto the
       Beginning together with the Appurtenances to have and
       to hold the demis'd Premisses with the Appurtenances
       unto the said John Sayre James Kelso and Samuel
       Purviance their Executors Administrators and Assigns
       for and during the Term of ninety nine years to commence
       from the twenty fifth Day of March next ensuing the
       Date of the said Indenture under the Rents and Covenants
       in the same Indenture containd as by the same Indenture
       duly inroll'd in the Land Records of Baltimore County
       af.d in Liber B N.o L Folio 458 to Folio 464 inclusive may
       more fully appear which same Lease by the said Indenture
       is made renuable upon the Terms and Conditions therein
