       mentiond   Now This Indenture that the said John Sayre for and
       in Consideration of one hundred pounds current Money of Pensylvania
       to him in hand paid by the said Samuel Purviance before the sealing
       and delivery of these Presents hath bargained and sold aliend releasd
       remised and forever quit claim'd and by these Presents doth bargain
       and sell alien release remise and forever quit claim unto the
       said Samuel Purviance his Executors Administrators and
       Assigns all the Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand
       which he the said John Sayre hath or ought to have of in and to
       the af.d demised Premisses with the Appurtenances together with
       all Priviledges Benefits and Advantages whatsoever to the said
       same belonging or appertaining To have and to hold the
       hereby bargained sold and released Premisses with the
       Appurtenances Right Members Priviledges Benefits and
       Advantages to the same belonging unto the said Samuel
       Purviance his Executors Administrators and Assigns  And
       the same John Sayre for himself his heirs Executors and
       Administrators doth hereby covenant and agree with
       the said Samuel Purviance his Executors Administrators
       and Assigns that he the said John Sayre and his Executors
       and Administrators Shall and will from Time to Time and at
       all Times upon the Request and at the proper Cost and Charge
       of him the said Samuel Purviance his Executors Administrators
       or Assigns make do levy execute and suffer or cause or
       procure to be made done levy'd executed and suffer'd all and every
       such further and other lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts,
       Thing and Things Conveyance and Conveyances Assureance &
       Assurances whatsoever for the further better and more perfect
       conveying & assureing the hereby bargain'd sold and released
       Premisses with the Appurtenances unto the said Samuel
       Purviance his Executors Administrators and Assigns as by
       him or them or his or their Counsel learn'd in the Law shall
       be devised advised or required In Witness whereof the Parties
       to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably put their
       Hands and seals the Day and Year first above written
