       the Rents and Covenants in the same Indenture containd as
       by the same Indenture duely enrolled in the Land Records of
       Baltimore County aforesaid in Liber B N.o L Folio 458 to Folio
       464 inclusive may more fully appear which same Lease by
       the said Indenture is made renewable upon the Terms and
       Conditions therein mentioned  Now This Indenture Witnesseth
       That the said James Kelso for and in Consideration of
       the sum of Ten Pounds Current Money of Pensylvania to him
       in hand paid by the said Samuel Purviance before Sealing
       & Delivery of these Presents hath bargained & sold aliend
       released remised and forever quit claim'd and by these Presents
       doth bargain and sell alien release remise and forever quit
       claim unto the said Samuel Purviance his Executors Administrators
       and Assigns, all the Right TItle Interest Property
       Claim and Demands which he the said James Kelso hath or
       ought to have of in and to the aforesaid demised Premisses with
       the Appurtenances together with all the Improvements and
       Buildings thereon made and erected with all Priviledges
       Benefits and Advantages whatsoever to the same belonging
       or appertaining To have and to hold the hereby bargained
       sold and released Premisses with the Appurtenances Rights
       Improvements Buildings Members Priviledges Benefits and
       Advantages to the same beloning unto the said Samuel Purviance
       his Executors Administrators and assigns And the same James
       Kelso for himselff his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       doth hereby Covenant and agree with the said Samuel Purviance
       his Executors Administrators and Assignes that he the said
       James Kelso and his Executors and Administrators shall and
       will from Time to Time and at all Times upon the Request and
       at the proper Cost and Charge of him the same Samuel Purviance
       his Executors Administrators or Assignes make do levy execute
       and suffer or cause or procure to be made done levy'd executed
       and suffer'd all and every such further and other lawfull and
       reasonable Act and Acts Thing and Things Conveyance and
       Conveyances whatsoever for the further better and more perfect
       conveying & Assureing the hereby bargain'd sold & released Premisses
       with the Appurtenances unto the said Samuel Purviance his
       Executors Administrators and Assigns as by him or them, or
