Ex.d         This Indenture made this Seventeen Day of July Anno
       Domini One Thousand seven hundred & Sixty five Between
       James Kelso of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland
       Gentleman of the one part and Samuel Purviance the Younger of the
       City of Philadelphia in the Province of Pensylvania Merchant of
       the other part  Whereas a certain Thomas Harrison of Baltimore
       Town in Baltimore County in the province of Maryland Merchant
       by Indenture of Leace made between him the said Thomas Harrison
       of the one part and the said James Kelso and Samuel Purviance
       & a certain John Sayre of the other part bearing date the nineteenth
       Day of July anno Domini one Thousand seven hundred & sixty three
       did demise to them the said James Kelso Samuel Purviance & John
       Sayre their Executors Administrators & Assigns two parts or
       parceles of a Lot of Land lying & being in Baltimore Town aforesaid
       on the west side of Jones's Falls which is distinguished and known
       by the Number Fifty five which two parts of the Lot aforesaid are contained
       within the following Metes and Bounds Courses & Distances to wit
       Beginning for one of the said parts at the North East Corner of the whole
       Lot on Sharping Lane next adjoining to the Lot numbered fifty six
       and running thence bounding on the said Lot South one hundred Ninety
       and nine Feet unto a Street laid out by the said Thomas Harrison
       through the said Lot called Water Street then bounding on said
       Street North Eighty Two Degrees and a half a Degree west Eighty
       six Feet then North one hundred & Ninety seven feet unto Sharping
       Lane aforesaid and then bounding on the said Land Strait unto
       the Place of Beginning Then beginning for the other part of the
       said Lot on the south side of said Water Street in the Line of the
       aforesaid Lot numbered Fifty six and running thence bounding
       on the said Lot south seventy five feet unto the North West Branch
       of Patapsco River, Then bounding on the said Branch North seventy
       five Degrees West eighty one feet, Then North seventy Five Feet unto
       the aforesaid Water Street and then bounding thereon by a streight
       Line unto the place of Beginning together with the Appurtenances
       to have and to hold the demised Premisses with the
       Appurtenances unto the said James Kelso Samuel Purviance &
       John Sayre their Executors Administrators & Assigns for and dureing
       The Term of Ninety Nine Years to commence from the Twenty fifth
       Day of March next ensuing the date of the said Indenture under
