       Preson Moore, Mordecai Moore, Thomas Moore & Charles Moore
       and their Heirs and every of them the said hereby granted
       lands and premises with their and each & every of the Appurtenances
       unto him the said James Dick his heirs & Assigns
       against them the said Samuel Preston Moore, Mordecai
       Moore, Thomas Moore, & Charles Moore their heirs and Assigns
       and against all and every other Person or Persons whatsoever
       Claiming or which shall hereafter Claim from by or under
       them or either or any of them shall and will for ever warrant
       and Defend by these presents In Witness whereof the parties
       first to these presents have hereunto set their hands and Affixed
       their Seals the Day and year first within Written
          Signed Sealed & Delivered            Sam.l Preston Moore   seal
          in the presence of us                       Mordecai Moore   seal
                   Stephen West                       Thomas Moore   seal
                   Dan.l of S.t Tho.s Jenifer       Charles Moore   seal

                      On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written (viz.t)

       Received from James Dick the sum of Five hundred forty eight
       Pounds sixteen Shillings sterling in Consideration money within
       mentioned this fourth Day of June 1765

       This 5.th July 1765 This Day M.r Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer one of the
       Subscribing Evidences to the within Deed before me the subscriber
       one of the Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland made
       Oath that he saw ^the Within Named^ Samuel Preston Moore, Mordecai Moore, Thomas
       Moore & Charles Moore sign seal and Deliver the within Deed
       as ^their Act^ & Deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and that
       he ^Did^ also see the above named Stephen West sign his Name as a Witness
       thereto

       We the Within named Samuel Preston Moore, Mordecai
       Moore, Thomas Moore, & Charles Moore of the City of Philadelphia
