       wise Appertaining or otherwise therewith used occupied or enjoyed
       all ^and^ all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim
       and Demand whatsoever of them the said Samuel Moore of in and to
       the said premises and every or any part thereof To have and to
       hold the said Four hundred & six Acres & an half and all and
       singular other the premisses herein before mentioned meant or
       intended to be hereby granted Aliened Released and Confirmed
       and every part and parcell thereof with their and every their
       Appurtenances unto him the said James Dick his heires and
       Assignes for ever to the only proper use & Behoof of him the said
       James Dick his heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other
       use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Samuel
       Preston Moore, Mordecai Moore, Thomas Moore and Charles Moore
       do for themselves their heirs Executors and Administrators and
       each and every of them hereby Covenant and Agree to and with
       the said James Dick his heirs and Assigns That they the said Samuel
