Ex.d            This Indenture made this 26.th day of July in the Year
       of our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty five Between Thomas Sprigg of
       Ann Arundel County in the province of Maryland Gentleman and Elizabeth
       his wife of the one part and Richard Sprigg (the son of the said Thomas Sprigg)
       of the same county and province Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth that
       the said Thomas Sprigg and Elizabeth his Wife for and in consideration of
       the sum of five Shillings Current Money to them in hand paid by the said
       Richard Sprigg at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
       whereof the said Thomas Sprigg and Elizabeth his Wife do hereby acknowledge
       and therefrom acquit and discharge the said Richard Sprigg
       his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them by these
       presents Have and each of them Hath given granted bargained sold
       aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents Do and
       each of them doth give grant bargain sell alien release enfeoffe and
       and confirm unto him the said Richard Sprigg his Heirs and Assigns for
       ever All those severall tracts or parcells of land hereafter mentioned that is
       to say All that tract or parcell of Land called Sparrows Nest lying and
       being in Baltimore County containing five hundred and fifty acres of Land
       more or Less Also all that tract or parcell of land called Sparrows Addition
       lying and being in Baltimore County containing forty give acres of Land more or less Also
       all that tract or parcell of Land called Powell otherwise Howell otherwise
       Howell Powell lying and being in Baltimore County containing three
       hundred acres of Land more or Less  Also all those three several parts of a tract
       or parcell of Land called Talbots last Shift lying and being in Ann Arundel
       County aforesaid following that is to say All those four hundred acres
       thereof more or Less heretofore on or about the sixteenth day of April
       seventeen hundred and thirty six conveyed by the said John Talbott to
       Galloway of Ann arundel County aforesaid Also all those one hundred
       acres thereof more or less heretofore on or about the sixteenth day of April
       seventeen hundred and thirty six conveyed by the said John Talbott to
       the same Richard Galloway  And also all those one hundred and sixty
       two acres thereof more or Less heretofore on or about the nineteenth day of
       April seventeen hundred and forty eight conveyed by the said John
       Talbot to the aforesaid Thomas Sprigg Together with all and singular
       the Houses Outhouses Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters
       Water courses Easements profits Commodities Advantages and Appurtenances
