       Watsoever to the same several tracts and parcells of Land hereby granted
       bargained and sold or intended so to be and to every or either of them
       and to every or any part or parcell of them or any or either of them belonging
       or in any wise appurtaining  And the reversion and Reversions remainder
       and remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof and of every part and
       parcell thereof  And also all the Estate right title Interest Use Trust possession
       property claim and demand whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity of
       them the said Thomas Sprigg and Elizabeth his Wife of into and out
       of the same several tracts or parcells of Land hereby granted bargained
       and sold or intended so to be and of into and out of each and every of
       them and every part and parcell of them and each and every of them
       To have and to hold the same several tracts and parcels of Land hereby
       granted bargained and sold or hereby intended so to be and each and
       every of them and every part and parcell of them and each and every of
       them and premisses with the Appurtenances to him the said Richard
       Sprigg his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and behoofe of
       him the said Richard Spriggs his heirs and Assigns forever and to
       or for no other Use intent or purpose whatsoever  In Witness whereof the
       parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands
       and seals the day and Year first above written

       in the presence of Us                                       Tho.s Sprigg   Seal

                      On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

          Received on the day and Year first within written of and from the
       within named Richard Sprigg the sum of five Shillings Current Money
       being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be paid by him to us

             Tho.s Gassaway                                              Eliz.th Sprigg

       On the 26.th day of July Seventeen hundred and sixty five Came before
       us the Subscribers Two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Ann Arundel
       County the within named Thomas Sprigg and Elizabeth his Wife
