       Stake standing at the end of John Andersons south thirty five Degrees West
       Line and containing fo the said thirty five Degrees West Course fifty four
       feet Running thence south East sixty four feet and six Inches to High
       Water Mark Running thence North forty two Degrees East fifty seven feet
       till it intersects said Andersons second Course to the beginning Containing
       three thousand Eight hundred and twenty square feet and one Quarter
       of a foot Together with all Houses buildings and Appurtenances to said two
       several parcells of Land belonging or in any wise Appertaining and
       the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and
       profits thereof and of every part and parcell thereof and also all that
       possession of M.r Collen Campbell one of the managers aforesaid To have and
       to hold the hereby bargained and sold premisses and Goods to them the
       said Anthony Steuart Reverdy Ghiselin and William Steuart and their
       Heirs upon the following trusts and Confidences to wit that they the said
       Anthony Steuart Reverdy Ghiselin and William Steuart or the survivors
       of them shall and will with all convenient speed after the Drawing
       of the Lottery at the request of those of the Adventurers in the said Lottery
       who shall draw prises in the same make over and convey by good and
       sufficient Deeds in Law all the Estate Right Title Interest and property
       of him the said Henry Ward in the Lott of Ground aforesaid and the
       Houses thereon and also the Tract of Land in Dorchester County to those
       Adventurers who shall respectively draw the same as prises and that
       they will deliver the several and respective Lotts of European Goods to the
       several and respective persons who shall draw the same as prises and
       the said Henry Ward for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       hereby further Covenants and Agrees to and with the said Anthony Steuart
       Reverdy Ghiselin and William Steuart that he will at any time hereafter
       when thereunto he shall be required execute to the said Anthony
       Steuart Reverdy Ghiselin and William Steuart or to the severall and
       respective persons who shall draw the same as prises any further or other
       Deed or Instrument of Writing for the more effectual making over
       and Conveying the Lands and premisses aforesaid to the several and
       respective persons their Heirs or Assigns who shall so draw the same as
       prises  And it is hereby further Conveyed and Agreed by and between
       the parties aforesaid that in case the said Lottery should not be
       drawn at the Time herein before limitted that then and in such case
       the said Anthony Steuart Reverdy Ghiselin and William Steuart
                                                                                           (Trustees)
