       aforesaid other than such as he or they shall actually receive  And
       [illegible] sale and be actually
       received by the said James Dick his heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns sufficient to pay satisfye ^& discharge^ the Costs Charges and
       Expences aforesaid and also the said sums of Money due as aforesaid
       to the aforesaid James Dick Ann Chapman John Brice Esq.r
       & Benjamin Tasker Esq.r and Interest thereon or such part thereof
       as shall be due that then he the said Samuel Chapman his Heirs
       Executors or Administrators shall and will well and truly pay
       to them the said James Dick Ann Chapman John Brice & Benjamin
       Tasker Esq.r or their respective Executors Administrators and Assigns
       all such sum & sums of money as shall be and remain due to them
       respectively after the Application of such monies as shall be received
       as aforesaid  And the said James Dick for himself his heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns doth hereby covenant and grant
       to and with the said Samuel Chapman his Executors and Administrators
       that in case default shall be made by the said Samuel
       Chapman his heirs Ex.rs and Administrators in the said Payment
       on the said Ninth day of July Next that then he the said
       James Dick his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns will
       set up and expose to sale sell and convey the said Tracts pieces
       or parcells of Land and Negroes or such parts or parcells thereof
       as may be necessary and the Monies thence arising and by him
       actually received well faithfully apply in the manner herein
       before expressed and that if any more money shall be received
       by him the said James Dick his Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns shall and will well and truly pay over the Ballance
       or surplus thereof to him the said Samuel Chapman his Executors
       Administrators or Assigns In witness whereof the parties to these
       presents have hereunto incerchangeably set their Hands and
       Affixed their Seals the day and year first above written
