572 doth give grant bargain & sell unto the said Daniel Dulany all and every the Parcells and tracts of Land aforesaid contained mentioned & concluded in the deed aforesaid from the aforesaid Hugh Mathews to the aforesaid William Knight & the said Rachel & their Heirs and the Reversion & Reversions Remainder & Remainders of the said Henry Addison ^& Rachel^ his wife & each of them and all ^the^ Estate Right Title Interest and Demand of them & Each in and ^to^ the said Parcels & Tracts of Land & every part thereof with all the Improvements Emoluments & Appurtenances thereunto belonging To Have & to Hold all & singular the Premisses to Him the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns to his & their proper use & Behoof and the said Daniel Dulany doth for himself his heirs & Assigns Covenant grant & Agree to and with the said Henry Addison & Rachel & the Heirs of the said Henry Addison that the ^he^ the said Daniel Dulany his heirs & Assigns shall & Will at & upon the Reasonable Request of the said Henry Addison & Rachel his wife & the survivor or the Heirs of the said Henry Addison re-convey & upon the Premisses & every Part thereof to them the said Henry Addison & Rachel his Wife for their Lives & to the Heirs of the said Henry Addison In Witness whereof the Parties aforesaid have hereunto affixed their hands & seals the day and first above written Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of H Addison seale The words time & aforesaid being first interlined R Addison Seale J Hepburn W.m Murdock Dan.l Dulany Seale Addison Murdock On the Back of the Aforegoing deed was thus Written Viz.t Memd.m on the 2.d day of July 1765 Came the Rev.d Henry Addison & Rachel Addison before me one of the Right Hon.ble the Lord Prop.rys Justices of the pro.l Court & acknowledged the above deed to be their act & deed & the right of the Lands mentioned in the said deed to be vested in the above mentioned Daniel Dulany Esq his heirs At the same Rachel Addison Wife to the said Henry Addison being privately examined & out of the hearing of her said Husband did Acknowledge that she freely voluntarily & of her own accord relinquish't her highten the above Lands & that she did it without being induced thereto by the fears or threats of her said Husband or the apprehension of |
