       of his displeasure            Taken before            J Hepburn

       1765 July 1.st Received of the Honble Daniel Dulany Esq.r one Pound
       Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty five
       between Daniel Dulany of Annapolis Barrister at Law ^on^ the one
       Part and Henry Addison & Rachel Addison his wife on the other
       Part Whereas by Indenture made by and between the said Henry
       Addison by the Name of Henry Addison of Prince Georges County
       Clerk Rector of S.t Johns commonly called King George's Parish
       and the said Rachel Addison by the name of Rachel the wife
       of the said Henry Addison and bearing date the day next before
       the day of the Date of these Presents among other things it appeareth
       that the said Daniel Dulany did convenant grant and agree for
       himself his Heirs & Assigns to and with the said Henry Addison
       & Rachel his Wife & the Heirs of the said Henry Addison that the
       the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs & Assigns should & would at &
       upon the reasonable Request of the said Henry Addison & Rachel his
       Wife & the survivor or the Heirs of the said Henry Addison reconvey
       & Assure the Parcels or tract of Land herein after & hereby granted
       & conveyed to the said Henry Addison & Rachel his wife for their
       Lives & the Heirs of the said Henry Addison as by Reference being
       had to the said Indenture among the Records of the Provincial
       Court of this Province of Maryland may more fully & at Large
       Appear Now this Indenture witnesseth that he the said
       Daniel Dulany fraud ^for and^ in Consideration of the Premisses and
       of the sum of five Shillings to him the said Daniel Dulany
       in hand ^paid^ by the said Henry Addison & Rachel his wife and
       other good Causes & Considerations hath bargained & sold
       released & Confirmed & by these presents doth bargain & sell
       release & Confirm unto the said Henry Addison & Rachel his
       Wife all & every the Parcels and Tracts of Land contained
       mentioned and concluded in the above recited Indenture
