       whole the sum of four hundred pounds Sterling & three hundred Pounds
       to the said Rebecca and Sarah respectively & in Case the said respective
       Shares Parts or Portions Should extend & amount unto the full sums
       of four hundred Pounds Sterling & three hundred Pounds Sterling
       then the said Henry Addison to pay no part or parcell of the said
       respective Sums of four hundred Pounds Sterling & three hundred
       Pounds Sterling & whereas the said intended marriage hath
       taken Effect & also the aforesaid Daniel Dulany Esquire hath
       departed this Life as hath also the aforesaid Rebecca Knight un
       married & within the age of sixteen Years and whereas the said
       Sarah Knight hath attained her age of sixteen years being at
       the Date of these Presents of or about the Age of twenty years and
       upwards hearing ^having^ lived with & been maintained & supported hit her to
       & at the Date of these Presents now living with & being maintained
       & supported by the said Henry Addison at his charge & Expence
       and it is agreed by & between the aforesaid Henry Addison &
       Rachel his wife & the aforesaid Daniel Dulany Barrister at
       Law that he the said Henry Addison should pass his Bond or
       Obligation in the penal sum of six Hundred Pounds Sterling
       to the said Sarah Knight Conditioned for the Payment of the
       aforesaid sum of three hundred Pounds Sterling on Demand and
       that the said Henry Addison & Rachel his wife should by
       Indenture of Bargain & Sale to be executed by them and to be
       acknowledged & recorded in the Provincial Court of this Province
       of Maryland grant unto the said Daniel Dulany his heirs &
       Assigns the aforesaid several Parcells of Land contained in the
       deed aforesaid from the aforesaid Hugh Mathews abovementioned
       to the Intent & Purpose that thereby & by his Reconveyance of the
       said Parcells of Land to the said Henry Addison the
       Intent & meaning of the aforesaid Articles of Agreement may as
       near as may be carried into Execution Now this Indenture
       witnesseth that for & in Consideration of the Premisses and of
       the sum of five shillings in hand paid by the said Daniel Dulany
       to the said Henry Addison & Rachel Addison the Receipt whereof
       is hereby acknowledged they the said Henry Addison and
       Rachel Addison his wife and each of them have given
       granted bargained & sold & by these Presents do and Each
