Ex.d         This Indenture made the Fifteenth day of May in the Year
       of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and sixty five Between
       Mathew Eversfield of Prince Georges County in the province of Maryland
       on the one part & Jonathan Birch of the same Province & County Planter
       of the other part Witnesseth That the s.d Mathew Eversfield Hath Given
       & Granted and by these Presents Doth Give and Grant to the s.d Jonathan
       Birch all that Piece or parcell of a Tract of Land called Piacattoway
       Forrest Scituate Lying and being in the County aforesaid on the south side
       of Piscattoway main Fresh and bounded as follows Viz.t  Beginning
       at the End of the fourteenth Line of Samuel Townsend's part of the s.d
       Land & running w.th the s.d Townsend's Part the Lines thereof Reversed
       The two following Courses & Distances Viz.t North Eighty seven degrees
       west Forty two perches Then south sixty one degrees west forty perches
       then Leaving the s.d Townsends part & Running North Twenty one
       degrees west fifty six perches to the Given Line of the whole tract of
       Piscattoway Forrest then w.th part of the s.d Line south seventy seven
       degrees east one Hundred and Three perches thence with a Streight Line
       to the Beginning af.d Containing Thirteen Acres & Three Quarters of
       an Acre of Land be the same more or Less w.th all the Improvements
       advantages & Appurtenances whatsoever to the same part or parcell
       of Tract of Land Respectively belonging or in any wise Appertaining
       with all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim & Demand
       of him the s.d Mathew Eversfield in Law or Equity of in & to the same
       To have and to hold the s.d Part or Parcell of Land w.th the Appurtenances
       thereto belonging according to the Limits Courses & Distances
       Afores.d unto the s.d Jonathan Birch his heirs & Assignes for Ever In
       Exchange for all that part of a Tract or parcell of Land Called the
       Enlargement of the mill dam of the s.d Jonathan Birche's Scituate
       Lying & being in the County afores.d on the south side of Piscattoway
       Main Fresh and Bounded as follows Viz.t  Beginning at the
       End of one Hundred & Eighty four Perches on the Third Line of the
       s.d Whole Tract and Running w.th the s.d Line to the End thereof
       South seventy seven Degrees East Eighteen perches then w.th the fourth
       part of the fifth Lines of the s.d whole Tract Viz.t south seventy
       Eight degrees thirty minutes Easterly one Hundred & Thirty six
       perches then West North West one Hundred and fifty one perches
       thence w.th a Streight Line to the Beginning Containing
       Thirteen Acres & Three quarters of an Acre of Land be the
