       same more or Less with all Approvements Advantages & Appurtenances
       whatsoever to the same part or parcell of Tract of Land
       Respectively belonging or in any wise Appertaining with all the
       Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand of
       him the s.d Jonathan Birch in Law or Equity of in & to The same
       for w.ch Consideration the s.d Jonathan Birch   Hath Given &
       Granted & by these presents doth Give & Grant unto the s.d
       Mathew Eversfield his heires & Assignes all that the s.d Part or
       Parcell of Land Last above mentioned w.th all the rights Advantages
       & Appurtenances thereto belonging as afores.d To Have and to Hold
       the s.d Part or Parcell of Land w.th the Rights Advantages and Appurtenances
       as Afores.d Unto the s.d Matthew Eversfield his heires and
       Assignes for Ever In Exchange of and for the s.d Part or Parcell
       of Land first above mentioned and the s.d Mathew Eversfield
       for himself his heires & Assignes doth Covenant and Grant to
       and with the s.d Jonathan Birch his heires and Assignes by
       these presents That He the s.d Jonathan Birch his heires &
       Assignes shall & may From Time to Time for ever Hereafter
       Peaceably & Quietly enter into Have Hold & Enjoy the s.d
       Part or Parcell of Land with the ^Respective^ Appurtenances within the Limitts
       Courses & Distances Afores.d without any let suit Claim Disturbance
       or Interruption of or by him the s.d Mathew Eversfield his heires
       & Assignes and the same will Warrant and Defend against him
       the s.d Mathew Eversfield his heires or Assignes or of or by any other
       Person or Persons whatsoever Claiming From by or Under him Them
       or Any of them And the s.d Jonathan Birch for himself his heires
       and Assignes doth Covenant and Grant to & with the s.d Mathew
       Eversfield his heires & Assignes by these Presents That he the s.d
       Mathew Eversfield his heires & Assignes shall and may from time
       to time for ever hereafter Peaceably and Quietly Enter Into Have
       hold & Enjoy the s.d Part or Parcell of Land with the respective
       rights & Appurtenances Thereto belonging within the Limits
       Courses & Distances af.d Given & Granted by the s.d Jonathan
       as afores.d without any Let suit Claim Disturbance or Interruption
       of or by him the s.d Jonathan Birch his heires & Assignes
       and the s.d Jonathan Birch his heires & Assignes doth hereby
       Promise Covenant & Agree to Warrant and Defend the same
       to him the s.d Matthew Eversfield his heires and Assignes against
