       rents Servises for the af.d parts of Tracts of Land which Shall
       hereafter become due to the Lord Proprietary only Excepted
       In Witness whereof the s.d Francis King & Sarah his Wife Have
       hereunto set their respective hands & seals the day and year first above
       written

                                              On the Back of the aforegoing deed was thus Written Viz

              Prince Georges County fs  Mary the Fifteenth 1765 Received of
       Mathew Eversfield the sum of Five hundred Pounds Sterl.g the
       Consideration money with mentioned I say received

       Maryland Prince Georges County fs  May the Fifteenth 1765 Came
       before us Two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for The s.d
       County Francis King and Sarah his wife & acknowledged all
       their Right Title Interest Property Claim & Demand of in and to
       the within parts of Tracts of Land & premisses with the Respective
       Appurtences to be in the within named Mathew Eversfield his
       heires & Assignes for ever and the s.d Sarah being by us privately
       Examined out of the hearing of her s.d Husband did Declare that
       She willingly & Freely made the afores.d Acknowledgement of the
       within deed & the absolute Relinquishment of her right of Dower
       and all other rights whatsoever She had in the Afores.d parts of Tracts
       of Land & Premisses w.th its Respective appurtenances Therein
       Specified without being Induced thereto by fears or Threats of or
       Ill Usage by her husband or Fear of his Displeasure
          Taken and Acknowledged Before us the day               Nath.l Magruder
          and year above written                                                Tho.s Addison Jun.r

       1765 May 17.th reced twenty shillings & seven pence Sterl.g for an
       Alienation fine on the within five hundred & thirteen & three
       Quarters of an Acre of Land by order of the Hon.ble Edward Lloyd
       Esq.r ^Agent^ for the Right Honble the Lord property of Maryland
