       Francis King & Sarah his wife Either in Law or equity Possession     
       or Expectancy of in and to the same  To Have and to hold the said
       Parts of Tracts of Land & Premisses w.th all and Singular the Appurtenances
       thereto Appertaining unto him the s.d Mathew Eversfield his heirs and
       Assignes for ever and to his and their own Proper use and behoof
       and the s.d Francis King and Sarah his wife do by these Presents
       Promise Covenant Grant & Agree to and with the said Mathew
       Eversfield his heirs & Assigns in manner & Form Following that is to say
       That the s.d Francis King and Sarah his Wife Have good Right Full
       power and Lawfull authority to Give Grant Bargain & sell the
       Afores.d Parts of Tracts of Land & premisses w.th the Appurtenances
       to the s.d Mathew Eversfield his heirs & Assignes for ever and That
       the s.d Parts of Tracts of Land & premisses with the Appurtenances
       Hereby sold Stands free & Discharged from all prior Bargains
       mortgages Leases Dowers or any other Incumbrance or Incumbrances
       by them Done Committed or suffered to be done or Committed to Embarrass
       or any wise effect validity of the Title thereof But that the s.d Matthew
       Eversfield his heires & Assignes shall and may for Ever Hereafter
       Peaceably & Quietly Have hold posses occupy & Enjoy the af.d parts
       of Tracts of Land & Premisses w.th the Respective appurtenances without
       any Lett Suit Evection Interruption or Disturbance whatsoever of
       him the s.d Francis King & Sarah his wife their Respective heires Exe.rs
       Adm.rs or Assignes and all Claiment or Claimants from by or under them
       any or Either of them or of any other person or Persons whatsoever And
       Further That the s.d Francis King & Sarah his wife & their Respective
       heires shall & will at any Time Hereafter make do Execute such ^seal^ and
       acknowledge any other deed or Instrument of writing unto him the
       s.d Mathew Eversfield his heires or Assigns for the more Sure perfect
       & absolute making over and Confirming the afores.d Parts of Tracts of
       Land & premisses w.th the ^Respective^ appurtenances unto him the s.d Mathew
       Eversfield his heires or Assignes such as by him or by the Person for
       the Time being Claiming from by or under him shall Be Reasonably
       Devised advised or required  And Lastly That the s.d Francis
       King & Sarah his wife And Their Respective Heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs
       Shall and will warrant and Defend the s.d Parts or Parcells of
       Tracts of Land and Premisses w.th the Respective Appurtenances
       unto him the s.d Mathew Eversfield his heires and Assignes for Ever
       against all Persons Claims & Incumbrances whatsoever the
