563 East Twenty eight Perches To a Branch Called the Cool Spring Branch Thence down the s.d branch north seventeen degrees West one hundred & Eleven perches Then South Eighty two degrees West Eight Perches to the Eighth Line of Samuel Townsand's Part of Piscattoway Forrest Intersecting the s.d Line at the End of Sixteen Perches from the Beginning of the s.d Line thence running with the s.d Townsends Land the Lines thereof reversed the Eight following Courses & distances viz.t North seventeen degrees west sixteen Perches then north sixty two degrees East seventeen Perches Then north fifty six Perches east Twenty four perches then South forty Degrees east Twenty four perches then south Eighteen degrees East Twenty six Perches then South twenty perches then South forty two Degrees east twenty four Perches then north seventy seven degrees thirty minutes Easterly Thirty Eight Perches to a bounded box white oak the beginning Tree of the s.d Townsend's Part Thence running with the Given Line of the s.d Townsend's part Reversed Viz.t North seventeen degrees fifteen minutes westerly one hundred & Eighty four perches then Leaving the s.d Townsend's part & running north twenty two degrees east eleven perches to the Given Line of the whole original Tract thence with the s.d Line to the beginning Tree Containing Five Hundred Acres of Land be the same more or Less As also all that other part of Piscattoway Forrest Belonging to the s.d Francis King Beginning at the end of the Fourteenth Line of Samuel Townsend's part of the s.d Land & running with the s.d Townsend's part of the Lines thereof Reversed the Two following Courses and Distances Viz.t North Eighty Seven degrees west Forty two perches then south sixty one degrees west forty Perches then Leaving the s.d Townsend's part & Running north Twenty one degrees west fifty six perches to the Given Line of the whole Tract of Piscattoway Forrest then w.th part of the s.d Line south seventy seven degrees East one hundred & Three perches thence w.th a Streight Line to the Beginning Afores.d Containing Thirteen Acres & Three Quarters of an Acre of Land more or Less Together with all Dwelling Houses outhouses Gardens Orchards Profits Advantages & Appurtenances whatsoever to the same parts or Parcells of Land Respectively belonging or or in any wise Appertaining as also all and Singular the Estate Right Title Interest Claim Property and Demand of him the s.d (Francis) |
