Ex.d               This Indenture made the Fifteenth Day of May In the Year of
       our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and sixty five Between Francis
       King and Sarah his wife of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland
       on the one part and Mathew Eversfield of the same Province and County of
       the other part Witnesseth That the said Francis King & Sarah his Wife In
       Consideration of Five hundred Pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain
       to Them well and Truly paid before the Ensealing and delivery of these
       presents The Receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge and Thereof and
       of every Part Thereof do absolutely Acquit & Discharge the s.d Mathew
       Eversfield his heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs for Eever by these Presents Have
       Given Granted Bargained sold Aliend Enfeoffed and Confirmed and
       by these Presents do Give Grant Bargain sell alien Enfeoff and Confirm
       unto the s.d Mathew Eversfield his Heires & assignes all that Part or
       Parcell of a Tract of Land Called Piscattoway Forrest scituate Lying and
       Being in the County Afores.d Lying on the south side of Piscattoway Main
       Fresh formerly in Charles County now in the Possession of the s.d Francis
       King and whereon He Lately Dwelt Being Bounded as follows Viz.t
       Beginning at a bounded white oak (Now decayed) being the Original
       beginning Tree of the whole Tract and Running Part of the First Course
       of the s.d Whole Tract Conected to the Second Boundary of the s.d Whole
       Tract Viz.t South Seventy seven Degrees fifteen minutes Easterly Two
       Hundred & Twenty perches to the Line of a Tract of Land Called Potowmack
       Lying ^Landing^ being an Elder Survey which Takes Part of the Land
       Afores.d Thence with the s.d Land east South East Thirty Eight
       Perches to the Second Line of the whole Tract of Piscattoway Forrest
       Intersecting the s.d Line at the End of six Perches & one Third of a
       Perch from the Second Boundary of Piscattoway Forrest Thence with the
       Lines of the said whole Tract The six following Courses & distances Viz.t
       South South West Seventy Three Perches and two Thirds of a Perch
       then East south East forty Perches Then South by East Sixty
       Perches then South West Two Hundred & Thirty Perches Then west
       Sixty Perches Then North West one Hundred & forty Perches Then Leaving
       the Lines of the whole Tract & Running North forty eight degrees
