       Further Agree That I the s.d James Marshall have not Directly or
       Indirectly since the Commencement of the af.d mortgage deed done
       or Sufferd to be done any act or Thing to alter Lessen or Abridge the
       Right Title Claim Interest Property & Demand of him the s.d Francis
       King of in and to the af.d Part or Parcell of a Tract of Land Called
       Piscattoway Forrest w.th its respective Appurtenances But that he the
       s.d Francis King his heires & Assignes may forever Hereafter the s.d
       Part or Parcell of Land with its respective Appurtenances Peaceably
       & Quietly Have hold possess & Enjoy as fully Clearly & Absolutly
       to all Intents & purposes as if the same had never been mortgaged
       In Witnesseth whereof the s.d James Marshall Hath Hereunto
       set his hand & seal this Fifteenth day of May in the Year of our Lord
       1765
             Signed Sealed and Deliverd         The words and Ninety nine Pounds
             In presence of                          nineteen Shillings & Two pence Current
                   Nath.l Magruder                Money In the sixth Line Interlined
                   Tho.s Addison Jun.r           before signed

                      On the back of the aforegoing deed was thus written Viz.t

       Received May the Fifteenth 1765 of Francis King the sum of Two
       Hundred Twenty Eight pounds sixteen shillings & eight pence
       Sterling and Ninety Nine Pounds nineteen Shillings & Tow pence
       Current money Being the Consideration money within mentioned

          Maryland Prince Georges County fs   May The fifteenth 1765
       Came James Marshall Before us two of his Lordships Justices of the
       Peace for the s.d County & acknowledged all & Singular his Right
       Title Interest property Claim and Demand of the within mentioned
       part or parcell of Land w.th its respective Appurtenances to be in
       the within Named Francis King his heires & Assignes for ever
       Taken and acknowledged before us the Day and Year above Written
