555 of Land in Right of Remainder aforesaid with Its Respective Appurtenances free from all Law suits molestations Evictions or disturbance whatsoever from him the said Thomas Greenfield and Elizabeth his Wife and their respective heirs or Assigns And the same will Warrant & Defend to the s.d Francis King his heirs & Assigns against themselves their respective heirs Executors and Adm.rs & Assignes and all and every person or persons claiming from By or under them or Either of them and do further Promise Covenant and Agree for themselves and their respective heirs with the said Francis King his heirs and Assigns that they will at any time for Ever hereafter Execute seal and acknowledge any other Deed or Instrument of Writing agreeable to the tenor & purport of this Deed to the said Francis King his heirs or Assignes for the more sure perfect & absolute making over and Confirming the Moiety of s.d Land in right of Remainder with its respective Appurtenances in fee Simple unto the said Francis King his heirs or Assigns Such as by him or those claiming under him shall be reasonably devised advised or required In Witness Whereof the said Thomas Greenfield and Elizabeth his Wife have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered Thomas S Greenfield Seal In presence of Us Geo Gordon Eliz.a Greenfield Seal On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Prince Georges County fs.t April [illegible] Received of Francis King the sum of Eighty six Pounds Ten shillings sterling the Consideration within mentioned I Say [illegible] P Test Geo Gordon Thomas S Greenfield David Crawfurd Maryland Prince Georges County fs.t April the 26.th 1765 Came before Us two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the said County Thomas Greenfield and Elizabeth ^Greenfield^ his Wife and acknowledged all the Right title Interest property Claim and Demand of in and to the Moiety & Dividend of Land in Remainder with its respective Appurtenances within mentioned to be in the Within named Francis King his heirs and Assignes for ever And the |
