       Part about the Title of said Land w.ch to prevent a Lawsuit was agreed
       Between them to be Left to Arbitration and by the Arbitration the s.d Right  
       was Determined to be in Mary Parker & Thomas Greenfield & Elizabeth
       his Wife Under Obligation of making over Each of their respective Shares
       of s.d three hundred & forty six Acres in Remainder being one half of said
       Tract called Piscattoway Forrest in fee simple to s.d Francis King his
       heirs & Assigns for Ever in Consideration of the s.d Francis Kings paying
       or Securing to be Paid the sum of one hundred & Seventy Three pounds
       Sterling in Two Even Sums to s.d Mary Parker & Thomas Greenfield &
       Elizabeth his wife to be Equally Divided Between them Now This
       Indenture Witnesseth that the s.d Thomas Greenfield & Elizabeth
       his Wife for and in consideration of the sum of Eighty six Pounds ten
       Shillings Sterling (being their Equal Dividend or Share of the one hundred
       and Seventy three Pounds To them awarded by the Arbitration aforesaid
       by the said Francis King well and truly Paid Before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledged
       and thereof and every part thereof do acquit and Discharge The s.d
       Francis King his Heirs Exe.rs & Adm.rs have granted Bargained sold
       Aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed And by these presents do Clearly and
       Absolutely Grant Bargain sell alien Enfeoffee and Confirm unto the
       said Francis King his heirs and Assignes for Ever all their Estate
       RIght Title Interest property Claim & Demand whatsoever in Law and
       Equity Expectancy & Remainder of in and to their Moiety Share & Dividend
       of the three hundred & forty six Acres in Right of Remainder being
       part of s.d Piscattaway Forrest amounting to one hundred & seventy three
       Belonging or in anywise Appertaining  To have and to hold the said
       Moiety Division or share of s.d three hundred & forty six Acres being
       Part of s.d Piscattaway Forrest (now in Possession of s.d Francis King with
       all and Singular the respective Appurtenances unto the said Francis
       King his Heirs and Assignes for Ever and to his and their own proper
       Use and behoof and the s.d Thomas Greenfield & Elizabeth His Wife do
       further Promise and Agree w.th the s.d Francis King his Heirs & Assignes
       that they [illegible] them good Right & Lawfull Authority to Convey &
       make over in fee simple their Moiety in Right of Remainder of the part
       or parcell of Land aforesaid and that the s.d Francis King his Heirs and
       Assigns shall and may for Ever hereafter peaceably & Quietly the Moiety
