       the said Elizabeth Wife to the said Thomas Greenfield ^being by us privately Examin'd out of the hearing of her said husband did declare that she made^ aforesaid acknowledgement
       willingly and freely and without being induced thereto by
       force or threats of Ill Usage from her said husband or for fear of his
       Displeasure

          Taken and Acknowledged before Us the say and      George Gordon
          Year above Written                                                  David Crawfuld

          Received April 27.th 1765 of Francis King Six Shillings and Eleven pence Ster
       as an Alienation fine on the within mentioned One Hundred and seventy
       Three Acres of Land by order of Col.o Edward Lloyd Agent for the Right
       Honble the Lord Proprietary of Maryland

Ex.d            This Indenture made the 26.th day of April In the Year of our
       Lord One Thousand seven hundred and sixty Five Between Mary Parker
       of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland of the one part
       and Francis King Gentleman of the Same County & Province of the other
       part Whereas Colonel Gabriel Parker Late of Calvert County in said
       Province Deceased Did by his Last will and Testament among other
       Legacies Devise to his Wife Ann Parker now also Deceased the Right of a
       Tract of Land Called Piscattoway Forrest situate Lying and being in
       Prince Georges County in the province afores.d Containing six Hundred
       & ninety Three acres one Half whereof in Possession the other Half in
       Remainder after the Decease of his Daughter in Law Sarah Parker
       widow of his Son Gabriel Parker deceased and now wife of s.d Francis
       King with full Power to Dispose of the same to which of Her Children
       She pleased in an Estate in Fee Simple on Condition that She
       Made over by Deed of Gift to his Son Hutchison Parker his heires &
       Assignes for Ever a Tract of Land Called Tesmond In s.d County
       Containing Two Hundred & Twenty Acres of Land which She
       punctually Complyed with by Deed of Gift Duly Executed acknowledged
       & Inroll'd Among the Records of s.d County By w.ch Complyance
       with the Condition in her husband's will She being vested with Absolute
       Power to Dispose of s.d Land Called Piscattoway Forrest to w.ch of
       her Children she Pleased Accordingly Did by two Seperate Deed's
       of Gift Duly Executed acknowledged & Inrolled among Records
       of s.d County Convey and make over in Fee Simple to her two
