Ex.d         This Indenture made the 26.th day of Aprill In the Year
       of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty five Between
       Thomas Greenfield and Elizabeth his Wife of Prince Georges
       County in the Province of Maryland of The one part and Francis
       King Gentleman of the same County and Province of the other part
       Whereas Col Gabrial Parker late of Calvert County in said Province
       deceased did by his Last Will and Testament among other Legacies
       Devise to his Wife Anne Parker Now also deceas'd the Right of a
       Tract of Land called Piscattoway Forrest scituate lying and being in
       the County and Province afores.d containing six hundred and Ninety
       three Acres one half whereof in Possession in other in Remainder
       after the decease of his Daughter in Law Sarah Parker widow of his
       son Gambril Parker deceased and now wife of said Francis King
       with full power To dispose of the same to which of her Children she
       pleased in an Estate of fee Simple on consideration that She made
       over by Deed of Gift to his son Hutchison Parker his heirs & Assigns
       forever a Tract of Land in said County called Tesemond containing
       two hundred & twenty acres which she Punctually Complyed with
       by Deed of Gift duly Executed acknowledged & Inrolld among the
       Records of said County By which Compliance with her husbands
       will being Vested with absolute Power to dispose of said Land to
       which of her Children She pleased Accordingly did by two Separate
       Deed of Gift duly Executed acknowledged and Inroll'd among the
       Records of said County Convey & make Over in Fee Simple to her two
       Daughters Mary Parker & Elizabeth Parker now Elizabeth Greenfield
       All her Right in Possession & Remainder of the afores.d Tract
       calld Piscattoway Forrest containing six hundred & Ninety three
       Acres in two Moieties or Even Portions to be Equally Divided between
       them as by Reference to s.d Deeds bearing Equal Date Recorded in
       said County may further appear But their Brother Hutchison
       Parker af.d under pretence of a Disputable Clause in his Brother
       Gabriel Parkers Will claimd a Right to three hundred & forty six
       Acres in Remainder after the death of his Sister in Law Sarah
       Parker now Sarah King of said Tract of Land called Piscattoway
       Forrest and in pursuance of s.d Claim Conveyed it to s.d Francis King
       now husband of s.d Sarah Parker his heirs and Assigns for ever
       which occasioned a Dispute between s.d Francis King on the one part &
       Mary Parker & Thomas Gree^n^field & Elizabeth his Wife on the other
