          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

          April 4.th 1765  Received of the within Named Martin Fisher the sum of
       one hundred & thirty seven Pounds seventeen shillings and three pence Cur.t
       Money being the Consideration money within Mentioned
          Witness
                   Kinsey Gettings                                          Edw.d Willett
                   W.m Williams ST

                      Frederick County Ap.l 4.th 1765  Came the within named Edward Willett
       before Us two of his Lordships Justices of Frederick County and acknowledged
       the within Deed as his act and Deed and the within Land and premisses to
       be the Right and Estate of the within Named Martin Fisher his Heirs
       and Assigns For ever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the said
       Deed and the Act of Assembly in that case made and provided

       1765 June 27.th Received of M.r Martin Fisher Nine Shillings and seven
       Pence Sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation
       Fine on the within Land by virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd
       Esquire his said Lordship's Agent & receiver general

10 1/4 sides      Recorded 29.th Day of June 1765


Ex.d        This Indenture made this Fourth day of April one Thousand
       seven hundred and sixty five

          Know all Men by these Presents that I William Williams of Frederick
       County and Province of Maryland Doth Give up to Edward Willett of the
       said County and Province Part of a Mortgage made to John Hepburn of
       Prince Georges Co.ty by s.d Willett with that and Every of its Rights and
       Appurtenances by Reason of Ninety Pounds Current Money being Paid by
       the said Edward Willett of the above County I warrant and Defend
       Part of said Mortgage so far forth as where the Land is Contained
       Called Back Land  I Bind myself my heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns in the sum of Three Hundred Pounds Current Money
       to be paid to said Edward Willett his Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns in Witness Whereof I hereunto set my hand and Seal this Day
       and year above Written                                             W.m Williams TS  Seal
       the Words being paid Between the Eighth and Ninth Lines Enterlin.d
       before Sealing & Delivery            Tests         Lawrence [illegible]
                                                       Recorded 29.th June 1765
