       fifty five Degrees East one Hundred and four Perchees then North
       Eighty Degr.s East Twenty six Perch.s Then North Twenty Eight
       Degrees East forty Perchees then South Eighty Degrees West forty Perchees then
       North Thirty four Degrees West Sixty Perches then to the Beginning Tree
       Containing Two Hundred and Thirty Nine Acres of Land with that
       and Every of its Rights Members and Appurtenances whatsoever and
       the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders of all and Singular
       the said Land Tenements Hereditaments and premisses hereby
       granted and of Every part and parcell Thereof and all Rents Issues
       Services and profits to the said tract or parcell of Land incident
       belonging or any ways appertaining and all and Every the Estate
       and Estates Rights Titles Claims and demands whatsoever of him the
       said Edward Willett into or out of the said Land Tenements
       Hereditaments and Premisses and Every part and parcell thereof
       and all and Every the Deeds Charters Writings and Muniments
       whatsoever touching or concerning the said Land Tenements Hereditaments
       and Premisses whatsoever hereby granted or mentioned
       to be granted or any part or parcell thereof  To have and to hold
       the said Land Tenements and all other the Premisses hereby granted
       Bargained and Sold or mentioned or intended to be granted Bargained
       and sold and every part and Parcell thereof with it and Every of its
       Appurtenances unto the said Martin Fisher his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever and to and for no other Use Intent or purpose whatsoever
       And the said Edward Willett for himself his Heirs Executors and
       Administrators Covenants and agrees to and with the said Martin
       Fisher his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Edward Willett his
       Heirs Executors and Administrators the aforesaid Tract or parcell
       of Land with it and every of its Appurtenances unto him the said
       Martin Fisher his Heirs and Assigns against him the said
       Edward Willett and his Heirs and Assigns and all and Every
       other person and persons whatsoever shall and will Warrant &
       for ever Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the said
       Edward Willett hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his
       Seal this 4.th day of April one thousand seven hundred and sixty
       five
       NB the said Deed was Pasted Before      Edw.d Willett   Seal
       the Sealing and Delivering Likewise
       the Words Shillings and three pence Cur.t
