550 Ex.d This Indenture Made this Fourth Day of April in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty five Between Edward Willett of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one Part and Martin Fisher of Ann Arundel County in the Province aforesaid Joiner of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Edward Willett for and in Consideration of the Sum of one hundred and thirty seven Pounds seventeen Shillings and Three Pence Current Money to him the said Edward Willett in hand paid by the said Martin Fisher at or before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt and delivery Whereof the said Edward Willett doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and Every part and Parcell thereof doth Exonerate acquit and discharge the said Martin Fisher his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and Every of them for Ever by these presents he the said Edward Willett hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents doth grant Bargain sell Alien Enfeoff and confirm unto the said Martin Fisher his Heirs and Assigns for ever a Tract or parcell of Land lying and being in Frederick County called and known by the name of Back Land which said tract or parcell of Land is included in the following Meets and Bounds Beginning at a Bounded Red Oak Standing on y.e North Side of Wats Branch and in a Line of a tract of Land Called Cuckeld Delight Running thence South twenty five Degrees East forty Seven perches then South sixty Degrees west two hundred and twenty Eight perches then south twenty two Degrees West forty Perchees then south Eighty Degrees East Two and a half Perchees then south Ten Degrees west one hundred Perchees then South Eighty five Degrees west twenty six and a half Perchees to the end of one hundred and Twelve Perchees on the third Line of a tract Running with the lines of a tract south twenty two Degrees west twenty Eight Perchees then South fifty five Degrees West forty Perches then south Ten Degrees East thirty four Perches then south Eighty five East thirty six Perches then Thirty Nine Degrees East Eighty five Perches to the end of fourteen and a half Perchees on the Ninth Line of the afforesaid Runing with ^the^ Lines of y.e tract North Eighteen Degrees East forty three and a half Perchees then North Sixty Two Degrees East forty Eight Perches North forty Degrees West Sixty two Perches then North Twenty Nine Degrees East Twenty six Perchees then North Twenty Degrees West Twenty four Perches Then North Twenty Nine Degrees East Eighty Perchees then North Sixty Degrees East twenty Eight Perchees then North Thirty Nine Degrees East one Hundred and fifteen Perches then North fifteen Degrees East thirty four Perches then North (fifty) |
