       revoke and to all such Lawfull Acts and things relating to the Premises ^as I myself^ might or
       could before the execution of these Presents have Lawfully Acted and Done  And I
       do hereby Give and Grant to my said Attorney or Attorneys my full and whole
       Power in and Concerning the said Premises and will Ratify and Confirm all whatsoever
       he shall ^lawfully^ Act or do therein Provided always that when the said sums of Six hundred
       and Seventeen Pounds Current Money and also the sum of One Thousand six
       hundred and Ninety seven pounds Current Money aforesaid and Interest thereon together
       with all the expences and Charges of Collecting and receiving the aforesaid sums of
       Money and also the Charge of these Presents shall be justly and truly Satisfied and
       Paid to him the said William Buchanan his Executors Administrators or Assignes
       then the Surplus or residue of the aforesaid Goods ^Chattells^ Debts Monies or Books of Account
       if any shall be and remain the Property of him the said George Swope his Executors
       Administrators and Assigns  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
       Hand and Seal this 7th day of June in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and
       Sixty five                                                            George Swope   Seal
          Signed Sealed and Delivered the Words
          Current Money in the third Line being first
          interlined in the Presence of

                Benjamin Nicholson            On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written
                                                          to wit
                                                                                  Received of the within named
       William Buchanan on the day and Year last aforesaid the sum of Five shillings         5
       Current Money in full for the Consideration Money within mentioned
          Witness      JB Hands jun.r                                 George Swope

       Then came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court the aforesaid George Swope and Acknowledged the aforegoing Instrument of Writing
       to be his Act and Deed and that the Goods and Chattells Debts Monies and
       Book Accounts therein Specified to be in the Counties and Provinces aforesaid to be
       the Right of him the said William Buchanan according to the true intent and
       Meaning of the aforegoing Assignment
