       Assurance Surety and sure making of all and singular the Premisses to him the said Robert
       Pottinger his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the said Samuel Pottenger hath
       hereunto set his hand and Affixed his seal the day and year first within written

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed it is thus Written Viz.t

       Received of the within named Robert Pottenger the sum of five shillings sterling being
       the Consideration within mentioned receiv'd this 9.th day of Octo.r 1764                           5

       Memorandum on the Ninth day October 1764 then the within Named Samuel Pottenger
       acknowledged the within Land and Premises to be the Right TItle and Estate of Inheritance of the
       within named Robert Pottenger his Heirs and Assigns according to the true Intent and meaning
       of the within Indented Deed and the act of Assembly in such Cases made and Provided

       Received of M.r Robert Pottinger four Shillings sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being
       the Alienation fine on the within one Moiety of Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edward
       Lloyd Esquire his said Lordships Agent and Receiver General

Ex.d  This Indenture made the Eighteenth day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven
       hundred and Sixty five Between Edward Fell son and Heir at Law to William Fell late of Baltimore
       County in the Province of Maryland Deceased of the one part and John Beale Bordley of the same
       County and Province Gentleman of the other part witnesseth that the said Edward Fell for and
       in Consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty pounds sterling Money to him in Hand by the
       said John Beale Bordley paid the receipt whereof the said Richard Fell doth hereby acknowledge and
       himself to be therewith fully Satisfied contented and paid Hath Granted bargained sold Aliened Enfeoffed
       Released and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain sell alien Enfeoffe Release
       and Confirm unto the said John Beale Bordley his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that Lott peice or
       parcel of Land scituate on the North West Branch of Petapsco River near Baltimore Town in the
       County aforesaid being part of a tract or parcel of Land called Fells Prospect (and sometimes called
       Fells point) and being that part of said Tract of Land which was lately laid off and divided by the
       said Edward Fell into three Lotts Numbered 61 62 and 63 Begining at a stone in the Ground
       marked EB 61 at the Corner of the Streets or Spaces left for highways called Fells street and Bonds
       street and runing from the said Stone South thirty Degrees East bounding on the said Bonds Street to the
       aforesaid North West branch of Petapsco River Then again begining at the said Stone and Corner
       and runing from thence bounding on Fells street aforesaid North Sixty Degrees East one hundred and
       Eighty feet from thence running South thirty Degrees East to the aforesaid North West branch of
       Petapsco River  Then with a line bounding on & with the said North West branch unto the end of
       the first aforesaid Line  Together with all Rights, Proffits, Benefits, Priviledges and advantages
