       Richardson the receipt whereof he the said Thomas Browning doth hereby Acknowledge
       and thereof and of and from every part and Parcell thereof doth Acquit exonerate and
       discharge the said James Dick and Thomas Richardson their Heirs Executors and Administrators
       by these Presents Hath Given Granted Bargained and Sold Aliened Transferred
       and Confirmed and by these Presents he the said Thomas Browning for himself and his
       Heirs doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Transfer and Confirm unto the said
       James Dick and Thomas Richardson their Heirs and Assigns all that Water Grist
       Mill having two Pair of Stones one Pair of which are French Bevers two Bolting
       Chests and all other Geers and Appurtenances to the said Mill belonging which the
       said Thomas Browning Purchased of a Certain David Wetherspoon standing on Swann
       Creek issuing out of Sasafras River and twenty Acres of Land to the said Mill Adjoining
       and which the said Thomas Browning heretofore on the sixth day of November
       Seventeen hundred and Sixty four together with the twenty Acres of Land Adjoining
       thereto Mortgaged to Writson Browning of Kent County for the Payment of One
       hundred Pounds Sterling also all the remaining part of a Tract of Land called Brownings
       Discovery lying in Kent County aforesaid Also forty six and one half Acres
       of Land which he Purchased of a certain Micajah Carman lying and being in Kent County
       aforesaid called Mitchells Chance which he Purchased of a certain William Stoops
       Also fifty Acres of Land part of the aforesaid Tract called Mitchells Chance which he
       Purchased of a Certain Joseph Carman together with all Rights Profitts Benefitts
       Previledges and Advantages to the Mill and Tra^c^ts of Land ^and parts of Tracts of Land^ aforesaid or either of them
       belonging or in anywise Appertaining  To have and to hold the Mill and Tracts of
       Land aforesaid with their and each of their Premises and Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging or in anywise Appertaining unto them the said James Dick and Thomas
       Richardson their Heirs and Assigns to the only Proper use and behoof of them the
       said James Dick and Thomas Richardson their Heirs and Assigns and to
       and for no other use intent or Purpose Whatsoever  And the said Thomas
       Browning for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby
       Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said James Dick and Thomas
       Richardson their Heirs and Assigns that he the said Thomas Browning his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators the Mill and Tracts of Land and parts of Tracts
