502 Consideration of the sum of Five Shillings Sterling Money of Great Britain to him in hand Paid by the said James Russell and William Molleson at or before the ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for Divers other Good Causes and Considerations him hereunto moving the said Ignatius Digges hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened released and Confirmed unto the said James Russell and William Molleson and their Heirs and Assigns forever all that Part of a Lott of Land lying and being in Upper Malbrough Town in the said County Numbered six in the Plott of the said Town whereon a Brick Store House now Stands and lately Possessed by Alexander and Andrew Symmer Together with all and Singular the Improvements thereon or thereto belonging or in any Manner of way Appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profitts of all and Singular the Premises herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby Bargained and Sold and every part and Parcell thereof with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances and all the Estate Right Title Interest Possession Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Ignatius Digges of in or to the said Premises and every Part and Parcell thereof together with all Deeds Evidences and Writings touching or Concerning the same or any Part thereof now in the Custody or Power of the said Ignatius Digges or which he may or can come by without Suit in Law To have and to hold the said Parcell of Land and all Singular other the Premises herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby Granted Bargained Sold Aliened released and Confirmed and every Part and Parcell thereof with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said James Russell and William Molleson their Heirs and Assigns forever To the only Proper use and behoof of the said James Russell and William Molleson their Heirs and Assigns forever And the said Ignatius Digges doth further Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the said James Russell and William Molleson that he the said Ignatius Digges and all every Person or Persons having or lawfully Claiming any Estate Right Title or Interest of in or to the said Part of a Lot or Parcell of Land or any part or Parcell thereof from by or under him shall and will from time to time and at all Times hereafter at the reasonable Costs and Charges in the Law of the said (James) |
