503. James Russell and William Molleson their Heirs and Assigns make do Acknowledge levy suffer and execute or cause or Procure to be made Done levied Acknowledged suffered and executed all and every such further and other Lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts thing and things Deed and Deeds Conveyances & Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further better and more Perfect Assuring and sure making of the said Part of a Lott or Parcell of Land and other the said hereby Bargained and Sold Premises with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said James Russell and William Molleson their Heirs and Assigns forever as to the said James Russell and William Molleson their Heirs and Assigns or their Council Learned in law shall be reasonably Devised Advised or Required In Witness whereof the said Ignatius Digges hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal the day and Year first above Written Ignt.s Digges Seal Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of The Letter (a) between the fifth & sixth lines and the J Hepburn Words (And) between the eighth & Ninth lines and Clem.t Hill (at) between the eighteenth and Nineteenth Lines being first interlined On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t 1765 Febry 16.th Came Ignatius Digges Party to the within Deed before me one of the Right Honb the Lord Proprys Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland and Acknowledged his Right Title and Claim to the within mentioned Part of a Lott of Land to be Vested in the within named James Russell and William Molleson their Heirs and Assigns forever and at the same Time Mary Wife to the said Ignatius Digges Acknowledged that She freely and Voluntarily give up her Right of Dower in the said part of a Lott of Land and that She did it without being induced to it by any Threats of her Husband or fear of his Displeasure Taken before J Hepburn 1765 Febry 16.th Received a half Penny Ster for an Alienation Fine on the within Part of a Lott in Upper Malbrough by Order of Coll.o Edw.d Lloyd Agent for the Right Honble the Lord Propry of Maryland J Hepburn Recorded the 18.th Febry 1765 8 |
