       Consideration Money within expressed to be Paid being five Shillings Currency

       1764  August 21.st  Then came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships
       Justices of Ann.ll County Court Charles Hammond Jun.r Party to the
       within Deed and Acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed and
       the Lands and Premises with their Appurtenances and Improvements
       within mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named John
       Hammond his Heirs and Assigns forever According to the true intent &
       meaning of the within Deed and of the Act of Assembly in such Case made
       and Provided   At the same Time Came also Rebecca the Wife of s.d
       Charles who being Privately examined by us and out of the Hearing
       of her said Husband Acknowledged that She freely Consented to the
       within Deed and the Release of her Dower in the Premises with their
       Appurtenances and that She was not induced or Compelled thereto thro ^Force^
       Fear or Dread of her said Husband or of incursion his Displeasure

       Received of John Hammond Esq.r one Shilling and five Pence Sterling
       for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within
       Twenty one and a half Acres of Land  And Also on the within one
       sixth Part of the Land called Acton Supposing the whole Tract to Contain
       One hundred Acres and also on the within sixth Part of the within Lott
       of Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edw.d Lloyd Esq.r
