500 follows Begining at the end of the first Course of ^D.r^ Charles Carroll Reserve out of said Tract called Hannover af.d and running thence South fifty five degrees West Sixteen hundred and eleven feet four Inches and one half Inch to a Stone Marked I H N.o 1 thence North thirty five degrees West five hundred and eighty six Perches feet to another Stone N.o 2 thence North fifty five degrees east fourteen hundred and two feet eight Inches to another Stone N.o 3 Thence North thirty five degrees West forty feet one Inch and a half Inch to another Stone N.o 4 then North fifty five degrees east two hundred and eight feet eight Inches and a half Inch to another Stone N.o 5 thence with a Streight line to the Begining Containing and now laid out for twenty ^one^ Acres and a half Acre of Land together with all and Singular the Appurtenances and Improvements of every kind unto said Parcell of Land and every Part thereof hereby disposed of to s.d John Hammond in anywise belonging Also all the Estate Right Title Interest Possession and Property of him the said Charles Hammond of in to and out of said Part of Hannover hereby Conveyed ^by him^ as af.d and of in to and out of said Lott of Land lying in the City of Annapolis af.d and the Tract of Land called Acton af.d scituate without the said City as af.d and being nearly Adjacent unto said Lott of Ground therein as af.d And the s.d Charles each and every of the above Bargained and Sold Premises with every of their Appurtenances and Improvements from and against himself and his Heirs and all other deriving Title from him or them unto s.d John Hammond and his Heirs forever shall and will hereafter Warrant and Defend And further more shall and will at the Instance and Request of s.d John Hammond or his Heirs make and execute any other better or more sufficient Assurance of some at Law as shall be reasonably Devised Advised or Required In Witness whereof the said Charles Hammond hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal the day and Year first above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Ch.s Hammond Jun.r Seal Presence of (the above interlineation in the Twelth line being first made John Burgess Jun.r W.m Lux On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Received of John Hammond this 21.st day of August A Dom 1764 The (Consideration) |
