       himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant Grant and
       Agree to and with the said Gerrard Hopkins jun.r his Heirs and Assigns That he the said
       Mareen Howard Duvall his Heirs Executors or Administrators the aforesaid Tract or Parcell
       of Land and Premises so as aforesaid Described with all and every its Rights Members
       and Appurtenances from and against him the said Mareen Howard Duvall and his
       Heirs and from and against all and every other Person or Persons Whatsoever Claiming
       or to Claim from by or under him the said Mareen Howard Duvall or his Heirs shall
       and will well and Truly Warrant and forever Defend by these Presents unto him the said
       Garrard Hopkins Jun.r his Heirs and Assigns Provided always and these Presents are upon
       this Condition that if the said Mareen Howard Duvall his Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns do and shall well and Truly Pay or cause to be Paid unto the said Gerrard Hopkins
       Jun.r or to his Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid sum of One hundred and
       Thirty three Pounds Sterling Money aforesaid with legal Interest thereon for Redemption
       of the said Bargained Premises on or before the thirteenth day of February which shall
       be in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and Sixty six then and in such
       Case this Present Indenture and every Clause Article and thing herein Contained shall Cease
       Determine and become Absolutely Void any thing herein before mentioned or Contained
       to the Contrary thereof in anywise Notwithstanding And the said Mareen Howard Duvall
       for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Doth hereby Covenant Promise
       Grant and Agree to and with the said Gerrard Hopkins Jun.r his Executors Administrators
       and Assigns shall and will well and Truly Pay or Cause to be Paid unto
       the said Gerrard Hopkins Jun.r his Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid
       sum of One hundred and thirty three Pounds Sterling Money aforesaid with legal
       Interest thereon on or before the thirteenth day of February which shall be in the Year
       of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty six According to the true Meaning of the
       Proviso or Condition herein before Contained for and in Redemption of the Premises
       In Witness whereof I the said Mareen Howard Duvall have hereunto set my
       Hands and Seal the day and Year first above Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of                     Mareen Howard Duvall   S
          W.m Wilkins   Alex.r Munroe

                                        On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       Received the thirteenth day of February Seventeen hundred and sixty five
       of the within named Gerrard Hopkins Jun.r the sum of One hundred and thirty       £ Ster
       three pounds Sterling being in full for the Consideration Money within mentioned   133  0  0
       Witness W.m Wilkins Alex.r Munroe      Maree Howard Duvall

          On the 13.th day of February Seventeen hundred and Sixty five Came before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Mareen Howard Duvall
       Party to the within Deed and did Acknowledge the same to be his Act and Deed and the
       Land and Premises therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the said Gerrard Hopkins
       Jun.r his Heirs and Assigns According to the true intent and Meaning of the same Deed
       and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided
