Ex.d This Indenture made this thirteenth day of February One thousand seven
       hundred and Sixty five  Between Mareen Howard Duvall of Prince Georges
       County in the Province of Maryland of the one Part and Gerrard Hopkins
       Jun.r of Ann Arundel County in the Province aforesaid of the other Part Witnesseth
       that the said Mareen Howard Duvall for and in Consideration of the
       sum of One hundred and thirty three Pounds Sterlg Money of Great Britain
       to him in hand Paid at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents
       the receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom
       doth hereby release Acquit and Discharge the said Gerrard Hopkins
       Jun.r his Heirs Executors and Administrators Hath Granted Bargained
       Sold Aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed  And by these Presents Doth Grant
       Bargain Sell Alien enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Gerrard Hopkins J.r
       his Heirs and Assigns all that Tract or Parcell of Plantable Land called
       the Plain lying and being in Prince Georges County aforesaid formerly
       Granted unto Robert Wilson Begining at a Bounded Oak Standing
       by a Great Marsh and running South by East One hundred and fifty
       Perches to a Boundary of the Land formerly laid out for John Howartson
       then West with the Line of the said Howartsons Land for the Length
       of three hundred and twenty Perches Bounded on the West by a line Drawn
       North and by West one hundred and fifty Perches then East to the first
       Bounded Tree Containing and laid out for three hundred Acres of Land
       more or Less Together with all and Singular the Edifices Buildings Improvements
       and Appurtenances and the Revertion and Revertions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profitts thereof and of every
       Part and Parcells thereof And also all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust Property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Mareen Howard Duvall &
       his Heirs of into or out of the Premises and Appurtenances and every Part and
       Parcell thereof To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcell of Land so as
       aforesaid Described Together with all and Singular the Premises and Appurtenances
       to the same Tract or Parcell of Land belonging or in anywise
       Appertaining hereby Bargained and Sold or meant mentioned or Intended to
       so be unto him the said Gerrard Hopkins Jun.r his Heirs and Assigns to
       the only Proper use and Behoof of him the said Gerrard Hopkins Jun.r
       his Heirs and Assigns    And the said Mareen Howard Duvall for
